In collaboration between the Hellenic vACC and Condor Virtual Airlines, we bring you Condor Real Ops is a carefully crafted VATSIM event that brings the bustling holiday routes of the Ionian Islands to life, recreating the authentic traffic flow of one of Europe's busiest seasonal leisure destinations.
On Sunday, the 19th July, between 11:00z and 15:00z, the islands of Corfu (LGKR), Zakynthos (LGZA), and Kefalonia (LGKF) will come alive with continuous arrivals and departures inspired by real-world Condor schedules. Expect busy aprons, closely sequenced arrivals, rapid turnarounds, and challenging approaches.
Whether you're flying a short hop from mainland Greece, arriving from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or another European destination, every flight contributes to an immersive and realistic operational experience.
Expect fully staffed airspace across the entire Ionian, with controllers providing seamless and professional instructions from startup to shutdown. From the first morning arrivals to the final afternoon departures, expect realistic sequencing, coordinated traffic flow, and an atmosphere that captures the intensity of a genuine summer Saturday in the Ionian Islands.
